Please do not email patient information, such as names, dates of birth or chart details. If we need to look at a record, describe it by the screen it is on and we will find it with you in the app.

 

Report a security concern

 

Email security@codentist.ai to report a vulnerability, a suspected breach, or an account you think someone else has used. We read every report, and we will not take action against anyone who reports a vulnerability to us in good faith and gives us time to fix it before telling anyone else.

 

Patients

 

If you are a patient, please contact your dental practice directly. It controls your records, appointments, bills and text messages, and it can help you faster than we can. To stop text messages from your practice, reply STOP to any of them.
